The Trio's Discovery
Join Anne, Bella, and Lily, three curious friends, as they embark on a courageous journey to rescue and find homes for three abandoned puppies they discover in the park. Anne, Bella, and Lily met at the park for their usual playtime. They heard a soft whimpering sound coming from under a picnic table.
- Hey girls! Did you hear what I heard? said Lily. - I can hear some whimpering, Anne said. - Let’s check it out. It sounds like it is coming from under that picnic table, said Bella.
What? Anne's eyes widened, and she rubbed them in disbelief. There are three puppies inside the box!
- Oh Wow! Poor puppies! Who could have abandoned them here? Bella said. The puppies were whimpering softly. - What do we do? We can't take them home without asking our parents, Anne said.
- I would love to keep one if my mum and dad allow me, said Bella. - There are three puppies, so what if we ask our parents if we can keep them? Lily suggested. - Yes, that is a good idea, said Anne.
The girls ran in different directions, each holding a fluffy puppy close to their chest, eager to ask their parents.
Anne dashed across the park to her house, bursting through the front door. - Mom, Dad, can I keep this puppy? I found him abandoned in the park!
- Dad glanced, surprised, and Mum said: Wow! Look at that adorable puppy! - Taking care of a puppy is a big responsibility. Are you sure you’re ready for that? Dad asked.
Bella rushed home, flying through the front door. - Mom, Dad, can I keep this puppy? He was abandoned in the park! Bella said.
- Her parents turned to see the fluffy creature, their eyes widening in surprise. - Oh, my goodness, he’s so cute! Yes, let’s keep it, Mum said.
Lily hurried home, bursting through the front door. - Mum, Mum, Dad, I found this puppy! Can I keep him? He was abandoned in the park! Lily said.
- Oh, he is precious! Mum said. - Lily, a puppy is a big responsibility. Are you ready to take on that challenge? Dad asked.
The next day, Anne, Bella, and Lily gathered at the park to share the joyous news. - Guess what, girls? Anne said with excitement.
- My parents said I can keep the puppy! Anne exclaimed. - Yippee! Mine said yes, too! Bella's eyes lit up.
- Yes! I can keep mine, too! Lily joined in with a wide smile. They were thrilled their families agreed to let them keep the puppies.
Sitting together in the sand, they talked about all the fun they would have taking care of their puppies and exploring new adventures.
