Thomas thought hard about the riddle, but another obstacle arose: a deep, dark forest. - I can't see a thing! he exclaimed. His imagination painted shadows that made him shiver. He stumbled over roots and felt lost. - Maybe I should just turn back, he sighed, feeling more unsure than ever.
