Tina wanted to try her power. She held the pendant and said, "I am brave!" But nothing happened. She frowned. Her friend, Pedro, said, "Maybe you need to believe more!" Tina thought hard. "But how do I believe more?" she asked.

Tina sat down and sighed. "I give up," she said. "The power is not for me." She felt sad and small. Pedro sat beside her. "It's okay to feel this way," he said. Tina nodded, but her heart was heavy.
Suddenly, Nana, the wise parrot, flew down. "Courage is in you, Tina," Nana squawked. "Believe and try again!" Tina blinked. "Maybe I can," she said. She picked up the pendant. "I am brave!" she said loudly, feeling warmth inside.
Tina stood up tall. "I can do it!" she declared. She climbed the tree again, reaching the top! "I did it!" she cheered. Her pendant glowed brightly. Pedro clapped, "You did it, Tina!" Tina smiled big. She felt the power, and it felt good.
