Beto woke up one sunny morning in New York City, feeling excited. Today was the day he had decided to start his new fitness routine. He wanted to be strong and healthy, just like his favorite superhero. But Beto soon realized that starting a fitness routine wasn't going to be as easy as he thought. His first challenge was to find a place to exercise in the busy city.

Beto put on his backwards hat and grabbed his dog Chegu. They headed to the nearest park, but it was crowded with people. There was no room for him to exercise properly. Frustrated, Beto looked around for another spot.

Beto and Chegu finally found a quieter spot near the playground. Beto tried to do some push-ups, but the ground was full of pebbles. They kept hurting his hands. He tried jumping jacks, but a group of kids ran by and almost knocked him over. Beto felt like he couldn't catch a break.

Beto sat down on a bench, feeling defeated. He didn't think he could handle all these obstacles. He looked at Chegu and sighed. - Maybe I'm not cut out for this, Beto said. Chegu barked encouragingly, as if to say, 'Don't give up!'

Just then, an older man jogging by noticed Beto and Chegu. He stopped and offered some advice. - Hey there, don't give up! Why don't you try exercising early in the morning when the park is empty? Beto's eyes lit up. That was a great idea! - Thanks, mister! I'll try that tomorrow, Beto said with renewed hope.

The next morning, Beto woke up even earlier. He and Chegu headed to the park, which was peaceful and empty. Beto started his exercises without any interruptions. He felt strong and determined. - This is great, Chegu! We did it! Beto exclaimed. With courage and perseverance, Beto knew he could keep up his fitness routine and inspire others to do the same.
