Cloe was excited as she rushed home from school. She couldn't wait to tell her dog, Nino, about her day. "Nino, Nino, guess what! Today we talked about professions at school," she said. Her mom called her for dinner, interrupting her excitement. "Mom, you won't believe it, we talked about professions today!" Cloe exclaimed.
After dinner, Cloe shared more with Nino. "I'm not sure what I want to be when I grow up," she admitted. "There were so many cool professions, but I can't decide." Nino barked in response, as if understanding her plight. "You're right, Nino," Cloe giggled, pretending to understand him. "I better sleep before Mom gets mad."
That night, Cloe had a dream so real she didn't know she was dreaming. "Hello, Cloe, it's me, Nino!" her dog said, surprising her. "What? You can talk? Where are we?" Cloe asked. "This is the City of Professions," Nino explained. "I'll be your guide to help you choose a career!"
Cloe was amazed by the different professions she saw. "What's that red building with sirens?" she asked Nino. "That's the fire station," he replied. "Wow, but I don't think being a firefighter is for me," Cloe said thoughtfully. "Don't worry, there are more professions to explore," Nino encouraged.
They visited a hospital next. "Who are the people in white coats?" Cloe wondered. "Those are doctors," Nino explained. "So, being a doctor is like being a superhero?" Cloe asked. "Exactly!" Nino replied. "But if it's not for you, we'll find another," he reassured.
Cloe's dream adventure continued through more professions. She saw policemen, journalists, and teachers. "So many choices, but I still can't decide," Cloe sighed. Nino smiled, "The day is ending, but think about what makes you happiest." Cloe woke up, ready for a new day.
