Pinkie Panda, a ten-year-old who lives in the suburbs of Maryland, struggles with feeling insecure about her appearance during the summer. Worried about looking big in her swimsuit, she faces multiple obstacles, including her own self-doubt and judgments from others, alongside her friend Carrie Camel who has her own insecurities. Together, they embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning the powerful lesson that everyone is unique and it's their differences that make them special.
As summer arrived in the suburbs of Maryland, Pinkie Panda felt a wave of excitement mixed with worry. She loved the idea of swimming with her friends, but the thought of wearing her swimsuit made her anxious. Pinkie was afraid that she would look too big and that everyone would notice. Her best friend, Carrie Camel, was also nervous about showing her hump. Pinkie sighed and said, " - What if everyone laughs at us?" Carrie replied, " - I feel the same way. What should we do?"
Determined to join the fun, Pinkie and Carrie decided to go to the community pool. As they approached the pool, Pinkie hesitated, feeling her heart race. " - I can't do it," she whispered, stepping back. Carrie nodded, " - Maybe we should just watch from here." The sound of laughter and splashing made them feel left out, and Pinkie's insecurity deepened.
The next day, Pinkie tried again, hoping she'd feel braver, but the same fears returned. " - Maybe if I just cover myself with a towel," she thought. As she wrapped herself tightly, a group of kids giggled nearby. Pinkie felt like everyone was staring at her, making her feel even smaller. " - I can't even go near the water," she sighed to Carrie. " - I wish I could be invisible," Carrie added, sharing her feelings of insecurity.

Her friend nodded, " - It feels like we'll never be comfortable." They sat in silence, watching kids having fun without them.
