Sally's Brave Adventure

Sally was a brave 5-year-old girl with blonde hair, living at Camp Carolina in Brevard with her mum Bren and Dad Alex. Summer was approaching, and her parents were busy preparing the camp for the kids. Sally felt left out and wanted to help, but her parents were too busy. One day, Sally decided she would build her own hut to help. But where should she start?
Sally found some wooden planks and nails in the tool shed. She tried to hammer the planks together, but they kept falling apart. Frustrated, she sat down and wondered if she should give up.
Just then, her cousin Zeph walked by Sally explained her problem to Zeph. "I can't seem to make the planks stay together", Sally said. Maybe I can help! Zeph replied. Together, they tried again, but the planks still wouldn't hold.
Sally felt like giving up. She sat on a rock and sighed deeply. Maybe I'm just not good at building, she thought aloud. Zeph patted her on the back. Don't give up, Sally. We'll figure it out together. But Sally wasn't sure.
Just then, an older camper named Lucy walked by and saw their struggle. - Why don't you try using some rope to tie the planks together first? she suggested. Sally's eyes lit up. - That's a great idea! With Lucy's help, they tied the planks together and finally, the hut started to take shape.
After hours of hard work, the hut was finally complete. Sally's mum and dad came to see what she had built. "We're so proud of you, Sally!" Bren said. "You didn't give up and found a way to make it work", Alex added. Sally beamed with pride and felt accomplished.
