The next day, Zayd rushed to the garden to check on his seed. But the soil was just as he had left it. "Why isn't it growing?" he wondered aloud. His mother gently reminded him, "Patience, Zayd. Plants take time to grow." Zayd nodded but felt a bit disappointed.
Days passed, and still, there was no sign of a sprout. Zayd began to worry. "Maybe it's not a good seed," he thought. He watered the soil and checked it every morning, hoping for a change. His mother reassured him, "Keep caring for it, Zayd. You'll see results soon."
Zayd sat in the garden, feeling discouraged. "Why isn't anything happening?" he muttered to himself. He considered giving up on the seed altogether. Just then, his cousin walked by and sat next to him. "Don't lose hope, Zayd. Good things take time," she said kindly.
Inspired by his cousin's words, Zayd decided to keep waiting. "I'll give it one more try," he told himself. With renewed determination, he continued to water the seed each day. One morning, he noticed a tiny green sprout peeking through the soil. "It's growing!" he exclaimed with joy.
