A Christmas Knøttis

Amadeus loved Christmas so much he celebrated it in October! But this year, something was missing. The special Christmas star, Knøttis, was gone from the tree. Without Knøttis, the party wouldn't be as bright and magical. Amadeus felt sad and wanted to find Knøttis to make everyone happy.

Amadeus searched the whole house, but Knøttis was nowhere to be found. He checked under the couch, behind the curtains, and even in his toy box. " - Where could it be, Mommy?" Amadeus asked. His mom smiled and said, " - Keep looking, my bright boy. You'll find it."

Amadeus decided to look outside, even though it was cold. He put on his coat and boots and stepped into the snowy garden. " - It's not here either!" he sighed. The snow was thick, and his little feet made tiny prints. Suddenly, he got an idea and ran back inside.

Amadeus felt tired and sat down on the porch steps. " - Maybe Knøttis is lost forever," he whispered to himself. Tears welled up in his eyes as he imagined Christmas without the star. " - I don't know what to do," he sighed, feeling defeated.

Just then, Grandpa came outside with hot cocoa. " - I see you're on a big adventure," he said. " - Yes, but I can't find Knøttis," Amadeus replied. Grandpa smiled and said, " - Sometimes, the answer is right where you least expect it." Amadeus thought hard and remembered something important.

Amadeus ran to the attic, where he remembered storing old decorations. There, in a dusty box, lay Knøttis, sparkling and bright. " - I found it!" he shouted excitedly. With Knøttis back on the tree, the party was magical again, and Amadeus felt proud and wise.
