A Day with Super Hero
Join Srishti, a curious 5-year-old girl from India, as she meets her favorite superhero, Spider-Man. Together, they face challenges and learn that true courage lies in facing one's fears.
Srishti was excited. She wore her blue glasses and was ready for her day. Her favorite superhero, Spider-Man, was visiting her town. But, there was a problem. A big storm was coming and it might stop Spider-Man from arriving. Srishti felt worried that her dream day might not happen.
The storm started to blow stronger. Srishti's mom said it wasn’t safe to go out. Srishti felt sad and sat by the window, hoping to see Spider-Man swing by. The rain poured heavier, and the streets looked like rivers. Srishti whispered, - I hope Spider-Man is okay.
The next morning, the storm had stopped, but branches and leaves covered the ground. Srishti went outside to look for any sign of Spider-Man. Her friend, Aanya, joined her. - Maybe he couldn’t make it, Aanya said. Srishti's heart sank, but she didn’t give up hope.
As the day went on, Srishti felt tired and discouraged. She sat on a bench, thinking of giving up. - Maybe it's silly to believe he would come, she sighed. But just then, a familiar voice called out, "Hey there, little hero!" Srishti looked up, surprised.
It was Spider-Man, swinging down to greet her! - I thought you wouldn’t come! Srishti exclaimed. Spider-Man smiled, explaining how he braved the storm to keep his promise. Srishti realized that courage meant facing fears, just like Spider-Man did. - I want to be brave too, she told him.
With Spider-Man’s encouragement, Srishti felt brave enough to face the day. Together, they helped clean up the park. - Thank you for teaching me courage, Srishti said. Spider-Man replied, - You had it inside you all along. Srishti knew she could be a hero too.
