Aadhya is a courageous six-year-old who must face her biggest fear: sleeping in her bedroom all alone. Despite her bravery, strange noises and eerie shadows make the night frightening. Aadhya was excited but a little scared. Her parents decided it was time for her to sleep in her bedroom all by herself. She had never done it before. - What if I hear strange noises? she asked her mom. - Just remember, you're brave, her mom replied warmly.
As night fell, shadows danced on the walls. Aadhya hugged her favorite stuffed bear tightly. - Bear, what was that noise? Aadhya whispered. A tree branch tapped against the window, making her jump. - It's just the wind, she told herself.
The wind howled louder, and the noises seemed to grow. Aadhya pulled the covers over her head. - I can't do this! she said out loud. Her heart raced as she heard a creak from the closet. - What if there's a monster? she worried.
Aadhya felt like giving up. She thought about calling her parents. - Maybe I'm not brave enough, she sighed. But then she remembered her mom's words: - You're brave. She sat up, determined to find courage.
Suddenly, Aadhya had an idea. She grabbed her flashlight and shined it at the shadows. - Look, Bear, it's just the tree, she said, feeling relieved. She laughed as the shadows transformed into funny shapes. - I can do this!
With her newfound courage, Aadhya settled back into bed. - Goodnight, Bear, she whispered with a smile. The room felt safe and cozy now. She closed her eyes, feeling proud and brave. Her parents were proud too, and so was she.
