Nisi loved animals. One day, while playing in the park, she found an old book. The book was about animals of the world. But the book had missing pages! Nisi wanted to learn about all the animals, so she decided to find the missing pages.
Nisi opened the book and saw a list of animals. But many names were missing. She felt sad. - I need to find these pages, Nisi said. She decided to start her adventure in the park.
Nisi looked around the park. She saw a squirrel. - Can you help me find the missing pages? Nisi asked. The squirrel shook its head and ran away. Nisi felt a little sad but did not give up.
Nisi walked to the pond. She saw a duck swimming. - Have you seen my book pages? Nisi asked. The duck quacked and swam away. Nisi felt a bit disappointed but kept looking.
Nisi saw a dog near the playground. - Dog, can you help me? Nisi asked. The dog barked happily but did not have the pages. Nisi patted the dog and continued her search.
Nisi felt a little tired. She sat on a bench. - I need help, Nisi said. A wise owl flew down and perched nearby. - I can help you, the owl said.
- Where can I find the pages? Nisi asked the owl. The owl hooted. - Look for clues around the park, it said. Nisi felt hopeful again.
Nisi searched near the big tree. She found a piece of paper. - A page! Nisi said. She picked it up and put it in her book. Nisi felt happy.
Nisi looked under the slide. She found another page. - Another one! Nisi said. She added it to her book. Nisi's smile grew bigger.
Nisi checked near the flower bed. She found another page. - I'm getting closer! Nisi said. She added it to her book. Nisi felt proud of herself.
Nisi felt tired again. She sat on the bench. - I can't find any more pages, Nisi said. She felt like giving up. The wise owl flew back.
- Don't give up, the owl said. - Look in the hidden places. Nisi nodded. She felt a little better. She decided to keep looking.
Nisi looked under the bridge. She found another page. - Yes! Nisi said. She put it in her book. Nisi's hope returned.
Nisi checked behind the fountain. She found another page. - Almost there! Nisi said. She added it to her book. Nisi felt excited.
Nisi looked in the sandbox. She found the last page. - I did it! Nisi said. She put it in her book. Nisi felt very happy.
Nisi sat on the bench and opened her book. All the pages were back. - Thank you, wise owl, Nisi said. She learned about all the animals and felt very wise.
