Kaïa and Auntie Douni began their search for Pikachu. They looked under the couch, but no Pikachu. Kaïa felt sad. - I really need Pikachu, Auntie, she said. Auntie Douni gave her a big hug. - We will find it, don't worry, Auntie Douni promised.
They searched high and low, even checked the car. But still no Pikachu! Kaïa's heart sank. - What if Pikachu is gone forever? she cried. Auntie Douni thought hard. - Let's think, where did you last play with it? she asked.
Feeling tired, Kaïa sat down and thought she might never find her toy. She wanted to give up. - Maybe Pikachu doesn't want to be found, she sighed. Auntie Douni knelt beside her. - Don't give up, little princess. We can do this together, she encouraged.
Just then, Auntie Douni remembered something. - Did you check your toy box? she asked. Kaïa's eyes lit up. - I forgot about that! she exclaimed. They hurried to the toy box and started digging through the colorful toys.
At last, there was Pikachu, hiding at the bottom of the toy box! Kaïa cheered loudly. - We found Pikachu! she laughed. Auntie Douni clapped her hands. - See, you never gave up, she smiled. They hugged and knew the day was saved.
