Bakery Won't Be Closed After All

Courage

Aurelien, a brave 5-year-old, faces the challenge of saving his family's bakery from closing during a harsh winter. With the help of a tiny mouse, he learns that courage can overcome any obstacle.

Aurelien loved helping his parents in their warm, cozy bakery. One cold winter morning, he overheard his parents talking about closing the bakery because they couldn't get supplies. Aurelien felt a lump in his throat. 'The bakery can't close!' he thought. 'It's our home and everyone in the village loves it.' He decided he had to do something to save it.

Aurelien bundled up and ventured outside. The snow was deep, and the wind was strong. He tried to walk to the market, but the path was blocked by a huge snowdrift. 'I can't give up,' Aurelien whispered to himself. He tried to climb over the snow, but it was too slippery.

Aurelien decided to try another path through the forest, but the trees were covered in ice. Every step he took, he slipped and fell. 'This is so hard,' Aurelien said, feeling tears in his eyes. He sat down on a log to catch his breath. Just then, he heard a tiny voice.

- Why are you crying? asked a small mouse. - The bakery might close, Aurelien replied. - I need to get supplies, but the paths are blocked. - I can help, said the mouse. - Follow me. Aurelien felt a glimmer of hope as he followed the tiny mouse.

The mouse led Aurelien to a hidden tunnel under the snow. - This will take you to the market, said the mouse. Aurelien crawled through the tunnel and emerged at the market. - Thank you! Aurelien said. He quickly gathered the supplies and headed back through the tunnel.

Aurelien returned to the bakery with the supplies. - You did it! his parents exclaimed. - We can keep the bakery open! Aurelien felt proud and happy. - I couldn't have done it without my new friend, he said, looking at the mouse. The bakery stayed open, and everyone in the village was happy.
