It was a sunny summer day in the backyard of Alina's house in Canada. Alina, a curious little girl with short brown hair, loved playing with her favorite toy bunny. But today, her bunny was missing! Alina felt very sad and didn't know where to look. - Where is my bunny? Alina asked.
Alina decided to ask her friend Timmy for help. Timmy was playing with blocks in the living room. - Timmy, have you seen my bunny? Alina asked. - No, I haven't, Timmy replied. Alina felt even more worried now.
Alina thought maybe the bunny was outside in the garden. She looked under the bushes but found nothing. She checked behind the trees and still no bunny. Alina started to feel very tired. - I can't find it anywhere, Alina sighed.
Feeling very sad, Alina sat down on the grass. She thought about giving up. - Maybe my bunny is gone forever, Alina whispered. She felt like crying. It was so hard to keep looking.
Just then, Alina's mom came outside. - What's wrong, Alina? Mom asked. Alina told her everything. - Let's retrace your steps and be honest about where you've been, Mom suggested. Alina nodded and felt a little hope.
They walked back to the house together, looking everywhere. Finally, they found the bunny under the couch! - I remember now! I hid it there, Alina said, feeling happy. - Honesty is important, Mom smiled. Alina hugged her bunny tightly.
