Ginger started gathering materials for his rocket. He found cardboard, glue, and some shiny foil. As he was working, his friend Max came over. - What are you doing, Ginger? Max asked. - I'm building a rocket to go to the moon! Ginger replied. Max looked worried. - But you don't even know how to build a rocket!
Ginger tried to put the rocket together, but the pieces wouldn't stick. - This is harder than I thought, he sighed. Then it started to rain, and his materials got wet. Ginger felt like everything was going wrong. - Maybe Max is right. Maybe I can't do this, he thought sadly. But then he remembered the bright star.
Ginger sat under a tree, feeling defeated. - I can't do it, he whispered. Just then, his mom came outside with hot chocolate. - What's wrong, Ginger? she asked. - I can't build my rocket.
