Hoppi
In the beautiful mountains of In den Bergen, a curious young rabbit named Hoppi discovers he can fly. But when a strange dream warns him of an evil Count, Hoppi must find the courage to protect his forest home. Join Hoppi and his friend Frieda as they face challenges, make new friends, and learn the true meaning of bravery.
Hoppi was a completely normal rabbit. He loved carrots and loved jumping around in the garden. One day he wanted to reach the biggest carrot of all. Squash! Suddenly he shot up into the air, as high as a house! “Wow!” Hoppi exclaimed, completely shocked. He could fly!
From then on, Hoppi could do everything: run really fast, dig deep, and of course, jump really high. But sometimes something silly happened. When he tried to jump through the kitchen window, he landed right in the middle of the milk bowl! Hoppi had so much fun with his new powers. He was no longer a normal rabbit, but a super Hoppi.
Hoppi wanted to explore the entire forest with his new powers. That's when he met Frieda, a bat. Frieda could see very well in the dark and could even fly backwards! They became best friends. One night, Hoppi and Frieda had a strange dream. They were in a large garden full of carrots.
- Who is that? Hoppi asked. A big rabbit with a carrot crown appeared in their dream. It was Count Carrothead! He wanted to steal all the carrots in the world! Hoppi and Frieda wanted to stop him, but they couldn't. The next morning, they told all the animals about the dream.
At first, everyone laughed at the funny bunny dream. But then they thought, Maybe there's some truth to it? Hoppi and Frieda gathered all the animals and said, We must be strong! They did lots of fun exercises. Hoppi learned to jump higher and Frieda practiced flying faster.
They played hide and seek and looked for treasure. It was like a great adventure! One night, Hoppi and Frieda heard a strange noise. They quietly crept out of hiding and saw the carrot nibblers! They wore green leaves on their heads and had large spoons in their hands. They wanted to steal all the carrots!
- Stop! Hoppi and Frieda shouted loudly. All the animals in the forest woke up and helped. The squirrels threw acorns, the birds pecked, and the moles dug holes. It was a big fight! In the end, Hoppi and his friends won. The carrot nibblers had to run away.
All the animals were so happy! They had a big feast and ate a huge carrot cake. But Hoppi felt tired and unsure. - What if the carrot nibblers come back? he asked. He considered giving up his powers. Frieda saw Hoppi’s worry and said, - We need you, Hoppi. Don't give up.
Suddenly, an old wise owl named Olly flew down. - Courage is not about never being afraid, Olly said. It's about doing what you must, even when you are scared. Hoppi thought about Olly's words. He realized that his friends needed him to protect the forest.
Hoppi decided to keep his powers. - Let's make our forest the safest place ever! he announced. They built stronger defenses and trained even harder. When Count Carrothead tried to attack again, he was no match for Hoppi and his friends. They resolved the problem and lived happily ever after.
