Mama & Azlan Went to the Zoo
Azlan and his mama go on a zoo adventure, where Azlan learns a valuable lesson about kindness and wisdom.
Azlan and Mama arrived at the zoo. Azlan was excited to see all the animals. His eyes sparkled like stars. But then, they saw a sad, lonely bird with an injured wing. Azlan wondered why the bird was sad.
- Mama, why is the bird sad? Azlan asked. Mama explained that the bird was hurt and needed time to heal. Azlan felt sad too. He wanted to help the bird. But he didn't know how.
Azlan and Mama continued their walk. They saw many happy animals. But Azlan couldn't stop thinking about the sad bird. He wanted to make all animals happy. But how could he do that?
They reached the monkey enclosure. Some children were teasing the monkey. Azlan felt upset. He tugged on Mama's hand.
- Mama, they shouldn't be mean. We should be kind, Azlan said. Mama smiled and agreed. Azlan realized being kind was the answer. He decided to be kind to all animals.
Azlan said 'hello' to each animal they saw. He wished them well. The animals seemed happier. Azlan felt proud and happy. Mama hugged him tight.
