Michael's Camping Adventure with Family

Michael and his family were excited for their annual camping trip. This year, they decided to explore the scenic landscapes around Phoenix. As they set up their campsite, Michael noticed their food supplies were missing.

Michael's dad, John, realized they had left the cooler with all their food at home. They were miles away from the nearest store. His younger sister, Emma, started to cry.

- What are we going to do now? Emma asked through her tears. - Don't worry, Emma, Michael said. We'll figure something out. Michael suggested they search the nearby forest for edible plants and berries.

They ventured into the forest, but the search was tougher than Michael had anticipated. They found some berries, but not enough to feed the whole family. As the sun began to set, they were still hungry and tired.

- Maybe we should just go home, Emma suggested. - No, we came here to have a good time, and we will, Michael insisted. They decided to build a fire and keep searching the next day.

That night, Michael couldn't sleep. He felt like he had failed his family. - What if we can't find enough food tomorrow? he wondered aloud. John overheard and joined him by the fire.

- Don't be too hard on yourself, John said. Remember what Grandpa always says: 'Wisdom is knowing what to do next.' Michael nodded, realizing they needed a better plan. The next morning, they made a list of tasks.

With a clear plan, they divided the tasks. Michael and Emma searched for more food while John set up fishing traps. By evening, they had caught fish and found more berries. They cooked a hearty meal and shared stories by the fire.
