Join Paulina, a brave little girl living in Hamburg, as she faces her fear of nighttime monsters with the help of her loyal doggy friends, Millie and JJ. Will their friendship and bravery be enough to chase away the monsters and help Paulina sleep peacefully?
Paulina was scared of the dark. She thought there were monsters under her bed. " - Mommy, I hear monsters," Paulina said. But her mommy couldn't hear them. "I'll protect you", Mommy said.
Paulina's daddy came to help too. " - Daddy, please make the monsters go away," she begged. But Daddy couldn't see them either. He tucked her in and said, " - You're safe, my little one." Paulina still felt frightened.
Just then, Millie and JJ, her doggy friends, ran into the room. Millie barked bravely, " - No monsters here!" JJ sniffed around. But the monsters were still hiding.
Paulina felt worried. " What if they are just hiding," she sighed. " - I'm too little to fight them," she whispered. Her eyes filled with tears.
Then, Millie had an idea. " - I'll guard you on the bed," she said. JJ wagged his tail, " - I'll chase them away!" Paulina smiled a little. She felt hope.
With Millie guarding and JJ chasing, the monsters ran for their lives! Paulina giggled, " - You're my best doggy friends!" She snuggled under her blanket, feeling safe. The monsters never came back, and even when Millie and JJ are not in the house, they make sure to visit her every night in her dreams and chase any monsters away.
