Alice, a dedicated child psychologist, helps Pedro and Sofia navigate their feelings through therapy. Together, they encounter obstacles like fears and misunderstandings, eventually discovering the wisdom within themselves to overcome their challenges.

Alice, a kind psychologist, welcomed her young friends Pedro and Sofia to the clinic. Pedro was worried about being nervous at school, while Sofia felt sad whenever her mom left for work. They both wondered, ‘What is therapy?’ and hoped Alice could help them find answers.

Pedro was shy about sharing his feelings. He thought therapy was only for people who were really upset. Sofia, feeling unsure, whispered to Pedro, ‘What if it doesn’t help us?’ They both hesitated, unsure if they should continue.

During their next session, Alice introduced them to the ‘Feeling Box,’ a special box full of cards that described different emotions. Pedro struggled to pick a card, feeling overwhelmed by too many choices. Sofia picked one, but then changed her mind, unsure of her own feelings.

Frustrated, Pedro said, ‘I don’t think I can do this. It’s too hard to figure out my feelings.’ Sofia sighed, ‘Maybe therapy isn’t for us.’ They both felt like giving up, ready to leave the clinic.

Alice gently smiled and said, ‘Sometimes, we need to look at things differently.’ She suggested they use toys to act out their feelings. Pedro used a toy dinosaur to show his nervousness, and Sofia used a doll to express her sadness. They finally began to understand their emotions.

With Alice’s guidance, Pedro and Sofia realized therapy was like a magical journey to understanding themselves. They learned to talk about their feelings and felt empowered. ‘I’m not scared anymore!’ Pedro exclaimed. ‘And I know mom always comes back,’ Sofia added happily.
