Arthur set off to search the kingdom. First, he looked in the garden, where his friend Lily was playing. But, the crown was not there. Arthur scratched his head. - Have you seen the crown, Lily? Arthur asked. - No, I haven't, Lily replied, looking puzzled.
Next, Arthur and Lily decided to check the castle's library. They searched through piles of books and dusty corners. Suddenly, a big book fell, but still no crown. Arthur sighed. - I don't know where else to look, Arthur said. - Let's not give up, Lily encouraged him.
After hours of searching, Arthur felt tired and sad. Maybe he should just give up. He sat on the castle stairs. - I can't do it, Arthur said softly. - Don't worry, we'll find a way, Lily comforted him. But Arthur wasn't sure anymore.
Just then, wise old Merlin, the castle's magician, appeared. - Arthur, sometimes the answer is right in front of us, Merlin said. Arthur remembered he had not checked the throne room. With hope, Arthur and Lily ran there together. - I think I know where it is! Arthur exclaimed.
In the throne room, Arthur spotted something shiny under the king's chair. It was the crown! Arthur beamed with joy. - We found it, Lily! he shouted. The kingdom rejoiced as the crown was returned. Arthur learned that honesty and perseverance were important.
