Even the local fishermen couldn't spare any ropes. 'We need every bit of rope for our nets,' they said apologetically. The friends began to feel disheartened.
Ragnar sighed, 'Perhaps this is too big a task for us.' Floki nodded, feeling the weight of their failure. They sat by the docks, contemplating giving up.
Just when they were about to give up, an old woman approached them. 'I heard you need help,' she said kindly. 'I have some spare wood and nails you can use.'
Ragnar's eyes lit up. 'Thank you! This means so much to us.' They accepted the old woman's gift and set to work with renewed energy.
As they worked, more townsfolk came forward to help. One brought extra rope, another offered food for their journey. Everyone's kindness made a big difference.
