Eden, a young girl in the Galaxy, is destined to shine brighter than all the other stars. But as she shines so very bright, the other stars want her to dim herself. Will she fight the urge to dull her light or continue to glow brightly?
In a distant galaxy, there was a young girl named Eden. Eden had the most important job of all – she had to shine brighter than all the other stars. But as she shone brighter, other stars began to feel jealous. 'Why do you have to be so bright?' they asked. "Your light is blinding everyone!'. Eden started feeling unsure about her brightness.
Eden decided to ask her friend, Nova, for advice. 'Nova, what should I do?' Eden asked. Nova twinkled softly and said, 'Maybe you should try to shine a little less bright.' Eden felt sad and confused. She didn't want to dull her light, but she also didn't want to upset her friends.
Eden tried to shine less bright, but it didn't feel right. 'I'm not happy,' Eden thought. Her light dimmed, and she felt like a shadow of her true self. Other stars seemed happier, but Eden was not. She missed the feeling of shining brightly.
Eden decided to speak to the wisest star in the galaxy, mother star, Mother star, I don't know what to do,' she said. Mother Star looked at Eden kindly. 'Sometimes, the brightest stars face the most challenges,' she said. 'You must find wisdom and couragein your own light.'
Eden thought about Dottie Star's words. She remembered how happy she felt when she shone brightly. 'I must be true to myself,' Eden decided. She started to let her light grow brighter again. The other stars noticed and began to whisper.
Eden's light grew, and she felt joy returning to her heart. 'Why are you shining so bright again?' asked a star named Astroid. Eden smiled and said, 'Because this is who I am.' Astriod thought for a moment and then smiled too. 'Maybe we can all shine together,' he said.
Eden's light inspired the other stars. They realized that they didn't have to dim themselves to make others happy. 'We can all shine in our own way,' Nova said. The stars began to glow with their unique lights. The galaxy had never looked so beautiful.
Eden felt proud and happy. She had learned that true wisdom comes from being yourself. 'Thank you, Elder Star,' she said quietly. The galaxy was now a place where every star could shine brightly. And Eden's light was the brightest of them all.
