They decided to ask their friend Louis for help. Louis was older and knew many things. - Have you checked the fountain? Louis asked. Excited, they ran to the fountain, but slipped and got wet. - This is harder than I thought, Marcus grumbled. They still couldn't find the key, and it was getting late.
Sibylle sat on a bench, feeling sad and tired. - Maybe we should just give up, she sighed. Marcus sat next to her quietly. They watched the sunset, feeling like the box might stay locked forever. - I really wanted to know what was inside, whispered Sibylle. They both thought about what to do next.
Just then, a friendly old lady passed by. - You seem troubled, she said kindly. Sibylle explained about the box and their search for the key. The lady smiled and handed them a small, shiny key. - I found this in the garden earlier, she said. With new hope, they ran back to the box.
The key fit perfectly in the lock. Inside the box, they found colorful marbles and a note. It read, "Friendship is the greatest treasure." - We did it! Marcus laughed. Sibylle hugged Marcus, feeling happy they didn't give up. - Together, we can solve anything! she said. Their adventure taught them about teamwork and understanding.
