In Lullaby Hollow, the sky was filled with sparkling stars, and three fairies named Sloane, Lennox, and Bridget had a special mission. They needed to collect binkies from big kids who were ready to give them up for babies in need.

John in North Bay loved his binky dearly. It was his comfort when he felt scared or sad. But he heard about the Binky Fairies and their magical mission. Could he really let go of something so special?

One day, John decided he wanted to help the fairies. But as he held his binky, he felt his heart flutter with worry. What if he missed it too much?

John's parents noticed his struggle. " - It's okay to feel unsure," his mom said gently. " - We know how much your binky means to you," his dad added. John nodded, feeling a little better.

At bedtime, John clutched his binky tightly. " - I want to help the babies," he whispered to himself, " - but what if I can't sleep without it?" It felt like such a big decision.

The next day, John tried to play without his binky. He built block towers and raced his dog Keanu. But his binky was never far from his mind.

When bedtime came again, John felt even more unsure. " - Maybe tomorrow," he thought. " - Maybe tomorrow I'll be ready."

John felt like giving up. " - I can't," he sighed. " - It's too hard." But deep down, he still wanted to help.

That night, John's mom sat beside him. " - You know," she said, " - sometimes being brave is doing the hard things." John's eyes lit up with understanding. " - I think I can try," he said softly.

With newfound courage, John placed his binky in a box and left it outside for the fairies. " - Goodbye, binky," he whispered. " - Be good for the babies."
