The Little Light of Freya

Wisdom Watercolor style

Freya, a curious one-year-old, embarks on a journey to discover the meaning of a special glowing light she receives at her christening. Along her path, she encounters various challenges and wise creatures who teach her about faith, kindness, and the importance of sharing her light. As she learns and grows, she discovers the true power of her light and how it can brighten the world around her.

On the day of her christening, little Freya received a glowing gift—a tiny light that danced in her small hands. She giggled, but soon wondered, "What is this light for?" Freya felt a big question in her tiny heart. She had to know the answer! But how would she find it?

Freya set off on her journey, but she soon came across a big, tall tree blocking her way. The tree whispered, "Do you need help, little one?" Freya nodded, "Yes, please!" But the tree just stood there, strong and silent. Freya felt so small, but she wouldn't give up.

Freya walked on until she met a wise old owl perched on a branch. "Why do you look so sad?" the owl hooted. Freya sighed, "I can't find what my light means." The owl fluttered its wings, "Hoot! Sometimes, answers come when you share." Freya didn't understand, but she thanked the owl and continued on.

As Freya wandered further, the sky grew dark, and so did her heart. "Maybe my light is just a silly glow," she thought. Freya sat down, feeling the weight of her little world. She whispered, "I can't do it." But deep down, she wished for hope.

Just then, a gentle angel appeared with a soft smile. "Your light is special, Freya," the angel said. Freya looked up, surprised, "It is?" The angel nodded, "It's meant to be shared. Try giving it to others." Freya's heart fluttered with new hope.

Freya shared her light with everyone she met, and it grew brighter and brighter! She danced with joy, "My light is for everyone!" Freya returned home, her heart full and warm. Her family welcomed her with open arms. Freya realized her light would always shine bright as long as she shared it.
