Visiting the Doctor Pt. 1
Join Alex, a joyful four-year-old, on his first visit to Dr. Aaron's clinic in Germany. Alex is feeling under the weather, and his mom decides it's time to see the doctor. Despite his initial fears, Alex learns that honesty is the best policy and discovers that visiting the doctor can be fun. Alex woke up feeling a bit funny in his tummy. His mom noticed Alex wasn't as cheerful as usual. " - What's wrong, Alex?" his mom asked. " - My tummy feels all wobbly," Alex replied. She decided they should visit Dr. Aaron's clinic. Alex was worried about what the doctor might say.
Alex didn't want to go to the doctor at first. " - What if it's scary?" Alex asked, holding his teddy tight. His mom reassured him, " - Dr. Aaron is very kind and will help you feel better." They packed a bag with Alex's favorite book and toy. Alex reluctantly agreed, feeling a little braver.
At the clinic, Alex saw colorful walls and a play area. " - This doesn't look so bad," he whispered to his mom. But then he saw a little boy crying after his appointment. " - Maybe I don't want to go in," Alex said, feeling nervous again. His mom gave him a comforting hug, " - It's okay, Alex, you're very brave."
As they waited, Alex thought about leaving the clinic. " - Let's go home, Mom," Alex whispered. He felt worried about what the doctor would do. His mom said, " - Remember, honesty helps Dr. Aaron know how to make you feel better." Alex sighed, still unsure if he could face the doctor.
Dr. Aaron greeted Alex with a big smile. " - Welcome, Alex!" he said cheerfully. Dr. Aaron showed Alex a box of toys to choose from. " - You can hold this during the check-up," Dr. Aaron offered. Alex picked a toy car and felt a bit better. " - Maybe this won't be so bad," Alex thought.
After the check-up, Dr. Aaron praised Alex for being brave. " - You did great, Alex!" he said, handing him a balloon. Alex smiled, feeling proud and relieved. " - That wasn't scary at all," he told his mom. Alex realized that being honest made the visit easier. They left the clinic, ready for new adventures.
