Next, Chrislyn went to the colorful bird aviary. She loved the bright feathers. - Maybe Coco is playing with the birds, Chrislyn thought. But Coco wasn't there. Chrislyn was starting to feel a bit discouraged.
Feeling determined, Chrislyn headed to the lion's den, thinking Coco might be there. But Coco was not with the lions. - Where could you be, Coco? she sighed. Chrislyn felt very tired.
Chrislyn was about to give up when she saw a little path leading into a secret garden. - Maybe Coco is hiding there? she wondered. But the garden was big and full of tall bushes. It seemed impossible to find Coco alone.
Chrislyn sat down, feeling sad. - I can't find Coco, she said softly. She thought about going home. - Maybe I should stop looking, she whispered. But Chrislyn didn't want to give up. She wanted to be brave.
Just then, the friendly zoo parrot flew by. - Don't give up, Chrislyn, the parrot squawked. - Coco loves climbing high, it added. Chrislyn's eyes lit up. - Coco must be in the trees! she exclaimed.
Chrislyn looked up and saw the tallest tree in the garden. With a big smile, she started climbing. - Coco, are you up there? she called. And there, high in the branches, was Coco!
