Nana and Finley's 1st Xmas Day
Finley and Nana are excited to spend their first Christmas Day together in Stleonards. But when a misunderstanding causes trouble, they must learn the importance of tolerance to make the day special.
It was Christmas morning, and little Finley was so excited to see Nana. Nana hadn't seen Finley for many years and was looking forward to spending the day together. Finley and Nana decided to look for the missing presents. They checked under the tree, behind the couch, and even in the kitchen. But they couldn't find them anywhere. Nana started to get sad. - We can't have Christmas without the gifts, Nana said.
Finley and Nana searched outside, hoping the gifts might be there. But it started to snow heavily, making it hard to see. Finley shivered and held Nana's hand tightly. - It's too cold, Nana! Finley said. Nana nodded and they went back inside, feeling disappointed.
Back inside, Finley felt like giving up. - Maybe the gifts are gone forever, Finley said with a sigh. Nana hugged Finley tightly. - Sometimes things don't go as planned, Nana replied. They both sat quietly, thinking about what to do next.
Suddenly, Finley remembered something important. - Nana, let's make each other gifts! Finley exclaimed. Nana's eyes lit up. - That's a wonderful idea! We can make our own special gifts, Nana said. They both smiled and got to work, feeling hopeful again.
By the end of the day, Finley and Nana had made beautiful gifts for each other. They realized that the best part of Christmas was spending time together. - I love you, Nana, Finley said. - I love you too, Finley, Nana replied. They both laughed and hugged, feeling very happy.
