Chimi couldn't believe his eyes. He saw Maxine's mural, and it looked just like his! Chimi's heart sank. How could Maxine do this? Chimi didn't know what to do. He felt so sad and confused.
Chimi tried to talk to Maxine. - Why did you copy my mural? Chimi asked. - I didn't mean to, Maxine said. - I just loved your idea so much. Chimi didn't know if he could believe her. He felt even more confused.
Chimi felt like giving up on the contest. - What's the point? he said to his friends. - Maxine already took my idea. - Don't give up, his friend Bella the elephant said. - We can figure this out together. Chimi wasn't sure, but he nodded.
