Apple added, " - We need to stop this, or our beautiful river will be ruined." Orange shrugged again, " - It's not a big deal. It'll be fine."
A few days passed, and the river looked even worse. The water was muddy, and the flowers around were wilting. Apple said, " - Orange, look at what happened! We can't play here anymore!" Mango nodded, " - It's all because of the trash." Orange felt a little worried but still said, " - It'll get better. It always does."
Heavy rain came, and the river overflowed, flooding their favorite play area. Apple and Mango were sad. " - We can't play anywhere now," Apple sighed. Mango added, " - If only we had listened." Orange felt bad. " - Maybe I should have listened," Orange mumbled, feeling hopeless.
Just then, a wise old turtle swam by. " - You must clean up the river," the turtle advised. " - Working together can fix the mess." Orange realized what needed to be done. " - I'm sorry. Let's clean it up together," Orange said. Apple and Mango smiled, " - We're with you, Orange!"
